The Mehran's lightweight body and low rotating mass make it the easiest conversion in our lineup — the 110Nm of instant torque actually makes it feel quicker off the line than stock, even with the 70–80 km/h cap. We don't recommend it for daily highway runs; it's built for in-city distances under 100km/day. Installation timeline

5–7 working days from drop-off to delivery, Long Range kit.

Strip-down & assessment

Engine, fuel tank, exhaust, and related systems removed. Chassis inspected for mount points and corrosion.

Day 2–3

Motor & controller fitting

PMSM motor mounted to existing gearbox interface. Controller wired in, IP67 connectors sealed and tested.

Day 4–5

Battery pack installation

LiFePO₄ pack secured under rear seat / boot floor. Smart BMS wired with active cell balancing leads.

Day 6

Calibration & bench test

Drive modes (Eco/Normal/Sport) calibrated. Regenerative braking tuned. Full diagnostic run on stand.

Day 7

Road test & handover

Live road test across mixed terrain, final QC checklist signed off, handover with warranty documentation.
