Installation timeline

7–9 working days from drop-off to delivery, Long Range kit with commercial reinforcement.

Day 1–2

Strip-down & load-bay assessment

Engine, fuel tank, exhaust removed. Cargo/load floor inspected for battery mounting and reinforcement points.

Day 3–4

Motor & controller fitting

PMSM motor mounted to existing gearbox interface. Controller wired in, IP67 connectors sealed and vibration-tested.

Day 5–6

Battery pack & reinforcement

LiFePO₄ pack secured under load floor with reinforced mounts. Smart BMS wired with active cell balancing leads.

Day 7

Calibration & loaded bench test

Drive modes calibrated under simulated payload. Regenerative braking tuned. Full diagnostic run on stand.

Loaded road test & handover
